Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Conferences/Investor Educaton Where 30 working days or more written (including fax, email or post) notice of cancellation is received, a full refund will be given. Between 14 – 29 working days, a full refund will be given less an administration charge of $300 (inc GST). Thereafter, no refund is available; however you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional charge up to the conference date.
